Called on a Friday afternoon, got a call back right away and got booked an appointment for the Sunday that worked for me. I am based in Al Ghadeer so its far but this was not a problem. Got the quote on the Friday night and knew exactly what it would be. Very professional, friendly and sincere. My dog and cat was so much calmer because we did the vaccination at home. Worth the callout fee and I'll do this again as a preference for their comfort. Got a beautiful gift including pet snaks and cookies for me. Highly recommended.
